Beach Umbrella and Chair Set-up Service!
We offer DAILY SETUP (By 9:30am) and BREAKDOWN SERVICE (Starting at 5pm) for your beach chairs and umbrellas while at your OBX rental cottage!
Our Service Includes:
- Full service, daily set-up and breakdown of your package chairs and umbrellas (items stay at your cottage during the rental period for ocean front homes).
- Text message when your items are ready to use.
- Extra relaxation while we do all the work!
Terms and Conditions:
– Customer is asked to collapse all umbrellas before leaving the items unattended
– In case of severe weather (wind or rain), Just For The Beach Rentals will, at its own discretion, determine wether it is safe to set up equipment on any given day. A text notification will be sent if setup is canceled due to weather. In the case of Sever weather occurring after set-up, the customer is asked to remove equipment from assembled position and bringing to dune line (between 10am and 5pm).
Customer is responsible for all damaged or lost equipment due to negligence.
– Service includes 1 set-up and breakdown each day for 6 days beginning the morning after your check-in day and continuing through the evening before check out.
-Please call for Partial or multiple week service.
– No refunds due to weather. Partial refunds may be given for mandatory evacuation due to hurricanes.
*Non-oceanfront homes are charged an additional flat $75 fee for set-up service for orders under $500 and $150 for orders over $500. This fee goes directly to the hardworking staff setting up your equipment each day.
*Setup Services are available May 1st to September 15th*

** There are some locations in Duck where we cannot offer this service do to the condition of the beach and over crowding. These locations include the Four Seasons Resort and the Scarborough Lane Beach Access**
